Shrove Tuesday - Pancake Day

Apparently today is 'Shrove Tuesday' - the day before Lent begins and people have decided to consider today PANCAKE DAY!! This is very exciting since I wouldn't mind eating pancakes with every meal. Whether you celebrate Lent or not everyone should just be happy that there is a reason to celebrate pancakes for a whole day!
