Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls
/Here is an easier and lighter recipe on the traditional Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients:
6 puff pastry squares
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Set the 6 puff pastry squares on a cutting board and brush the melted butter on all 6 squares.
In a small bowl combine cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle all over the 6 squares until they are all covered with the combination
Cut each puff pastry square into 6 strips and roll each strip so that it looks like a mini cinnamon roll. Then set them all in a baking pan with parchment paper
Set in oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown
Combine to powdered sugar, milk, and honey to create the icing and pour all over the mini puff pastry cinnamon rolls as the last step.
